What are your products made of?
The handcrafted shoes are made of pure linen, vegan leather (pineapple leaf fibres), cork and natural latex rubber.
We will be soon be adding even more eco luxury to our brand, with pure, Australian Merino wool.
The clothing, headwear and aprons are made from certified, organic cotton.

Where are your materials supplied from?
Belgium (Linen), Portugal (Cork), Spain (vegan leather), India (apparel) and China (headwear and aprons).

How and where are your collections made?
The footwear is personally designed and handcrafted in Australia by Simone herself. Our other products are manufactured in India and China.
They are then either DTG (Direct To Garment) printed, using eco, water based inks or embroidered in one of our supplier’s global fulfilment centres, closest to the customer’s location, to minimise shipment time.

Do you practice sustainability?
Yes, all the products are currently plant-based and we are in the process of including pure, Australian Merino wool to our up and coming Simone Quinn signature collection, keeping our products eco friendly and sustainable.

Does the Simone Quinn label have ethical practices?
Yes, no animal cruelty will ever be involved in the making or choosing of any products within the Simone Quinn eco brand.
Our supplier at Printful, is an OEKO-TEX 100 Standard, GOTS certified, PETA approved, vegan supplier.

How long does shipping take?
Once you make your order, our suppliers take 2-5 business days to produce and package your order, ready for shipment.
Then, depending where you are in the world, shipping can take up to 14 days.
Allow up to 30 days in total from the time you order your product/s to the time you receive them.
